Why Abstraction in my painting process

It seems to me that in a world where we are overwhelmed by realistic images, if not hyper-realistic ones, with exaggerated contrasts and garish colors where ease and vulgarity reign supreme. I think that for me, painting today only makes sense if it allows the one who paints it and the one who looks at it to immerse themselves in the unknown, in a universe of colors and shapes, of depth and silence where the only guide is one's imagination, solitude, thoughts, joys, or anxieties. A world where everyone can rewrite their own story. I believe the only way to achieve this is through abstract painting or music
Il me semble que, dans un monde où nous sommes submergés d'images réalistes, pour ne pas dire hyperréalistes, aux contrastes exagérés et aux couleurs criardes, où la facilité et la vulgarité règnent en maîtres , je pense que, pour moi, peindre aujourd'hui n'a de sens que si elle permet à celui qui la peint et à celui qui la regarde de se plonger dans l'inconnu , dans un univers de couleurs et de formes, de profondeur et de silence où l'on a pour seul guide son imagination , sa solitude , ses pensées, ses bonheurs ou ses angoisses . Un monde où chacun peut réécrire sa propre histoire. Je crois que la seule façon d'y parvenir est dans la peinture abstraite ou la musique
